“Greatness is drawn to us when we appreciate and own everything we bring to the table.”
Let me be the first to remind you today that you have greatness within you. There’s no if’s, and’s or but’s about it. Here is where many of us get confused.
Greatness does not come from our circumstances. Greatness comes from within – from our God given talent and abilities.
When you learn to appreciate who you are, what you have, the progress you’ve made, what you bring to the table, your ability to own your greatness is what shapes your circumstances.
You cannot wait for others to affirm your greatness. You’ve already been affirmed when you were created by God. But it’s up to you to affirm your greatness to the world. You can do this by:
- Speaking up
- Saying Thank You when you receive a compliment
- Showing up
- Celebrating your daily wins
- Stop focusing on what you are not
- Focusing on all that you are
- Being and Feeling Proud of yourself
If you are not affirming your greatness, you are affirming your smallness. You were not created to be small. You were not created to be insignificant. You were created with a purpose in mind. You were created for this specific period in time.
But it’s up to you to live up to your greatness.
