When was the last time you ever heard anyone talk about Self-Like? It seems like all we do is talk about self-love and self-care. But we rarely even address the scale of self-like and how it affects how we relate to ourselves, and how we relate to others.

I do struggle with self love. Loving my self complete because I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin for awhile. This was due to my weight.
I think every woman has felt some kinda way because of her weight. Just remember that you are not defined by numbers. You are defined by your character. Continue to see yourself in that light. Even if you would like to do something about weight, do it from a place of love – not from a place of “I hate my weight.” or “I hate how I look in dresses . . .”
